Annual Fund Volunteer Opportunities

Join us and see how you can make a difference in our community! There are plenty of projects, big and small, that depend on volunteer help.

The increasing success of our Annual Fund is directly related to the dedicated parent volunteers that work in partnership with the Development Office every year.

Join fellow parents across all divisions on a monthly basis to:

  • share feedback about what happening in your grade
  • write thank-you notes to Annual Fund donors
  • become informed about all aspects of the Annual Fund and how it directly benefits our school and our children
PLUS - MEET LOTS OF FRIENDS, NEW FACES AND HAVE FUN!

Volunteer Roles:

Communications Member: This is the most flexible commitment while still an incredibly impactful way to help raise valuable funds for our school. It is a fun way to stay connected to the whole Calhoun community. Join fellow parents across all grades on a monthly basis to share feedback about what’s happening in your grade and with the Annual Fund; write thank-you notes; and become informed about all the aspects of the Annual Fund and how it directly benefits our school and our children.   Throughout the year, you will promote and solicit AF giving through communications and public relations supported by the leadership team.

Parent Class Agents:  Parent Class Agents work closely with the Leadership team to recruit volunteers; meet with the Leadership team to discuss in-depth strategies and ideas for the campaign; and report to the Chair(s) with progress and feedback throughout the year.  Parent Class Agents encourage class participation in the Annual Fund.
