Best Carnival on the UWS!

Carnival rides and games, prizes, craft activities, and the first barbecue of the season are eagerly awaited by the Calhoun community as well as neighborhood families. The first Calhoun Carnival (aka Spring Fair) was held in the spring of 1963. The Parents Association hasn't missed a year since. In fact, the Calhoun Carnival is one of the most popular school fairs on the Upper West Side, held every year on the first Saturday in May. Event proceeds fund the Parent Association's Annual Tea and year-of-service awards to faculty and staff.
