The entrée today is one that we have made only a couple of times before. Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff features a Chicken Stew made with paprika, onions and peppers, cremini mushrooms and seasoned with garlic, thyme and Dijon mustard. It all cooks in our house made Chicken Stock. At the end of cooking Sour Cream will be added to make it extra creamy. This dish is Russian in origin and provides a hearty meal.
Vegetarians will enjoy Tempeh & Mushrooms Stroganoff prepared very much the same way but using vegetable stock.
