Meet the college counseling Team

Lisa Bianchi Merritt
Co-Director of College Counseling

Lisa has directed Calhoun's College Counseling office since 2014. Previously, she spent six years as associate director of college counseling at Trinity School. She has also worked as a class dean at Columbia University, where she read applications and presented in the admissions committee. She is proud to have started her career in the admissions office at New York University, where she led the admissions committee for the Tisch School of the Arts. Lisa has a BA in drama from Dartmouth College and an MA in humanities and social thought from NYU.

Lisa's most memorable school experience was playing Lady Bracknell in a college mainstage production of The Importance of Being Earnest. And if Lisa could be a Calhoun student, she would love to take part in Calhoun's Junior Workshop program.
