How to Apply
Calhoun processes its financial aid applications through Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS). Complete instructions are available at TADS. Please submit the application and supporting material by December 15, 2019.
All parents, guardians, stepparents and domestic partners must complete the application online. When families have more than one household, each household must fill out the application. In addition to the application, required supporting materials (including tax returns, W2s, pay stubs, and proof of self-employment if applicable) must by submitted to TADS.
Families applying for entry into kindergarten through 11th grade for the 2020-2021 academic year are invited to apply for financial aid with the exception of applicants to 10th grade.

Special circumstances may include a non-working parent or difficulty getting financial documentation for a second household.
Financial Aid Policy & Guidelines
Calhoun endorses the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Principles of Fair Practice for the Administration of Financial Aid. The primary responsibility for financing a Calhoun education rests with the family. All parents and households are financially responsible for tuition and are required to submit financial statements and tax returns to TADS.
Calhoun is committed to providing ongoing assistance to K–12 families who receive financial aid and continue to demonstrate financial need. Families who enroll in K-12 paying full tuition are not eligible for financial aid in their first four years at Calhoun. Families who enroll in preschool may apply for financial aid in kindergarten. In cases when a family's financial situation changes significantly, Calhoun has a small pool of emergency aid guaranteed for one year only. Current families are invited to reach out to Director of Enrollment with questions about affordability.
