Athletics Fall Programming
Open to 7th and 8th grade students, these synchronous, after-school spaces will provide opportunities to be in community together, to get moving, or to prepare for an upcoming season. These classes will be offered Trimester 1 beginning the week of September 21.
The Middle School fall program combines one hour per week of general fitness with one hour per week of sports-specific training. Students will have the option to choose weekly from a rotating schedule of sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, running and baseball/softball.
Classes are designed for continuous conversation and growth, and participants are expected to attend regularly. Drop-ins are not an option.
We plan to offer in-person opportunities for all classes one day per week, however being in-person is not a requirement. Students will have the option to remain fully remote in any class offered. In-person spaces will start later to account for travel time and will adhere to strict social-distancing and PPE protocol. Registered students will receive full details and will be required to sign a community safety agreement to participate in person.
