Welcome to Cougar Nation!
We believe in the power of sports done right. More than winning or losing, sports can help us connect with ourselves and with each other. Here at Calhoun we know sports aren’t separate from what happens during the school day, but an integral part of learning—whether it’s supporting classmates in their big game, getting to know coaches and teammates during bus rides to and from competition, or stepping up to try a difficult drill in practice. Through our teams, clinics, training programs and camps, we aim to create spaces in which young people are challenged to take risks, to show up for each other, to practice accountability, and to believe in themselves.
See you on the eighth floor!
"We strive to foster student-athletes who are leaders in their communities, who show up positively and fully ready to engage."
