COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

All employees and students 12 years and older are required to be vaccinated for the 2022-23 academic year. 

Student Vaccination

• Students 12 and older are required to be fully vaccinated — i.e., two weeks beyond their final vaccine dose — no later than September 27, with at least one dose administered before Labor Day.
• Students are asked to have their first shot no later than two weeks past their 12th birthday and their second shot approximately 21 days later. 
• If either vaccination occurred outside of NYC please email a copy of your vaccination card to Nurse Lisa. Nurse Lisa will be in touch if she has questions. 
• Student-athletes on our fall teams are required to be fully vaccinated before participating in inter-school competition.

Employee Vaccination

• All employees are required to be fully "up to date" with their vaccinations, as defined by the CDC, as of September 1. This means all employees be vaccinated and boosted when the school year begins.
• If either vaccination occurred outside of NYC please email a copy of your vaccination card to Nurse Lisa. Nurse Lisa will be in touch if she has questions.
