In-Person ASP — 3rd-6th Grade

Families for whom weekly care is essential can register online for in-person Cub Club.

With safety in mind, we plan to offer homework help, distanced group activities and projects, and outdoor play for families that need care.

In-Person ASP for 3rd-6th grade runs from January 25 - June 4. Please check the online My Calhoun Calendar for dates when ASP is not available.

In-Person ASP Details

Times: 3-5:30pm daily. There are no extended care options after 5:30pm.
Location: Students in 3rd-5th grade will begin at Redeemer on 83rd Street. They will then walk over to Calhoun’s 81st Street building by 4:30pm for the remainder of the afternoon. Students in 6th grade will remain at the 81st Street building for ASP. Timing may be adjusted as needed. Enrolled participants will receive details via email. If lateness is habitual, ASP has the right to refuse service.
Cost: $60/day or $275/full week.

Please Note: Register for the days of the week that you will need Cub Club; you will be billed monthly based on the days you attend. Families will need to commit to a set schedule, it can't vary week by week, and there isn't drop-in care. This is to ensure our staff knows exactly who to expect each day for in-person Cub Club, keeping the safety of the students and faculty in mind.

Financial Aid

Families who receive financial aid can receive the same percentage discount that you're allotted for your Calhoun tuition.
