Financial Aid Directed Giving
Calhoun is a school that values the rich diversity of the human experience. It is a school that strives to build a community representative of this diversity, one that is accepting and inclusive. And it is a school that acknowledges and accepts that the work does not stop there. Together, we create one Calhoun culture.
Each year, roughly fifteen percent of our annual operating budget goes to financial aid that allows Calhoun to attract and serve a diverse socioeconomic community. This is a strategic priority that emanates from our belief that differing backgrounds, perspectives and experiences foster student growth, citizenship and innovation.
As a donor, you may choose to direct your annual fund gift to financial aid. Your support reinforces Calhoun’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and community. Your annual fund gift makes an immediate impact on the student experience at Calhoun.
Emergency Financial Aid 2020-21
In response to COVID-19, Calhoun has created a restricted fund to support emergency financial aid funding for next school year. Funds raised will be awarded to Calhoun families experiencing economic hardship through the school's existing emergency funding application process. Gifts made to support emergency financial aid for the 2020-21 school year can be made through The Calhoun Annual Fund. Click here for more information.
