Explore different movement techniques and how you can fit movement into your daily routine at a free Movement Studies Workshop for Calhoun community members (ages 12+). The March 4 workshop is led by Cathy Deckelbaum, yoga instructor and Calhoun parent.
Calhoun took two teams to the NYC Regional Science Olympiad competition, held on February 2, at Grover Cleveland High School in Ridgewood, Queens. The students competed in over a dozen events, and finished in the top 10 in three separate events—medaling twice in one of the building challenges!
Calhoun is launching a brand-new math camp this summer! Calhoun Math Camp will take place June 24-July 3, 2019, 9am-3pm, and is for students entering 3rd-8th grades. For more information and to register, visit calhoun.org/mathcamp.
