Volunteer

There are a number of ways that Alumnae/i can get involved at Calhoun. See the submission form below for ways you can reconnect.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact Bart Hale '00, Director of Alumnae/i Relations, 646-666-6450.

COLLEGE & CAREER RESOURCES NETWORK - The College & Career Resource Network gives today’s Calhoun seniors the opportunity to reach out to alums for guidance and perspectives on colleges and careers. By volunteering for this group, you are expressing your willingness to be contacted by a current senior interested in applying to your college/university alma mater or seeking career advice.
EVENT HOST COMMITTEE - Host Committee members help organize and host specific alumnae/i events throughout the year in conjunction with the Calhoun Alumnae/i Office. Responsibilities include planning, publicizing and helping recruit classmates to attend the event.
REUNION CLASS AGENT - Class Agents lead planning efforts in reunion years, including reconnecting with classmates, encouraging reunion attendance and organizing reunion-year gifts to the Annual Fund. Class Agents can renew their volunteer service each reunion cycle.
GUEST SPEAKER - Guest Speakers may be invited to visit classes or assemblies, or to serve as a panelist at Calhoun's Cougar Career Symposium (held in February) to share perspectives on your field of expertise with students and alumnae/i.
INTERNSHIP JOB BANK - If your company offers internships to high school or college students, let us know; you can make a valuable contribution to the future of our Calhoun grads!
