ASP@74 Services

In addition to its wide array of enrichment classes, ASP offers several services to help families that need extended after-school coverage for their children—whether on a regular basis or on an as-needed basis.

Cub Club @ 74 (3's-2nd grade)

• Monday through Friday, 2:30-6pm
• Open to 3's-2nd graders as a full-semester class or on an as-needed basis
• Instructors: Calhoun faculty & ASP staff

Cub Club offers a daily assortment of entertaining and educational activities for creative kids and parents/guardians who are looking for supervised after-school care on a regular basis, from one to five days per week. Our goal is to maintain an organized and fun environment where students can have a snack, make new friends, and experience a variety of fantastic afternoons. ASP ends promptly at 6pm.

Parents/guardians may choose to register their child in the program for the full semester or purchase a five-day drop-in pass, to be used on an as-needed basis during the course of the year.

ASP@74 Drop-In Service

Parents/guardians may take advantage of our ASP drop-in service, which provides emergency coverage or late pickup for your child at the end of the school day for a nominal fee. This service is available whether or not your child is registered for ASP classes.

• Monday through Friday, 2:30-6pm
• Open to 3's-2nd graders 
• Flexible pickup, any time before 6pm
• Drop-in Pass is redeemable for five days of drop-in care, used as needed (five-day pass is $350). 1-day passes are also available.
• Passes expire at the end of the school year
• Instructors: Calhoun faculty & ASP staff

Please fill out the Drop-in Care: Passes & Request form. 1-day and 5-day passes are available; the amount will be added to your SchoolAdmin account. Drop-in passes expire at the end of the school year.

1 day Cub Club drop-in, 2:30-6pm: $70
1 Extended Day drop-in, 4:30-6pm: $30
1 After Care drop-in, 2:30-3:30pm: $20
1 5-day drop-in pass, 2:30-6pm: $350
