Tatsoi! + Menu for 11/22-11/23


This week we are serving a new vegetable from our friends at Lancaster Farm: Tatsoi! A member of the brassica family, tatsoi is slightly sweet and so crisp it can be eaten raw in salads or quickly sautéed, like we are doing Monday.
