Calhoun Carnival
The Calhoun Carnival is the biggest and best street fair on the Upper West Side, held annually on a Saturday in May.
Games, music, craft activities, the first barbecue of the season—there's something for the whole family! The Calhoun Carnival was started by the Parents Association in 1963, and ever since it's become a beloved Calhoun tradition. Event proceeds support the Annual Tea and anniversary awards to faculty and staff, as well as various Parents Association initiatives such as guest speakers for the Calhoun community, school picnics and more.
