Calhoun 7th and 8th grade students recently participated in enriching overnight trips that brought their learning to life! The 7th grade traveled to Washington, D.C., where highlights included the National Mall, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Meanwhile, the 8th grade explored the history and culture of Philadelphia with stops at Reading Terminal Market, the Liberty Bell, and the Penn Museum. These experiences provided valuable opportunities for community building and discovery beyond the classroom.
