Angie R. '27 is a playwright in the making! Her original play, "The Little Prince," was selected for the Writopia Lab Worldwide Plays Festival, "an annual Off-Broadway festival of one-act plays written by playwrights ages 6 to 18 and produced, designed, directed, and acted by New York City theater professionals."

"The Little Prince" takes place in 1952 and follows two World War II veterans who begin to engage in a thought experiment about morality and innocence, where their allegory spins out of control and comes into tangible life on stage. It starts and ends with the same question: "Does war make men do terrible things?"

Angie's play will be performed on Saturday, June 6 at 7:30pm at TheaterLab, 357 West 36th Street (on the third floor). Tickets are limited – email Angie for details.
