In anticipation of Calhoun's merger with the Metropolitan Montessori School, third and fourth grade students from both schools spent time together at Calhoun's 81st Street building. Students played get-to-know-you bingo, where they tried to fill in their boards with as many names as they could – finding peers whose favorite color is red, or who enjoy drawing, among other prompts. The group enjoyed lunch in the Commons, before spending time together in Riverside Park. It was great to see the students bonding with their future classmates!
