As part of our Community Engagement Day on April 29, Calhoun and Metropolitan Montessori School families of all ages came together to make a positive impact. Attendees made seed bombs for the Calhoun Garden in Riverside Park and sandwiches for Grassroots Grocery. Students from the US Community Action Class organized the event, delivered the sandwiches and volunteered at the community fridge.
