MS Acting Students Demonstrate Improv Skills

In November, seventh and eighth graders in the Middle School Acting elective put on an informal classwork demonstration of improvisational acting exercises called: "Tonight We Improvise." They took suggestions from the audience to craft their characters and scenes, before letting their creativity flow. Throughout the first quarter, students explored and developed their improvisational acting skills with their teacher, Ed Schloth, and guest artist, Nick Kanellis, a professional improv actor and teacher affiliated with The Magnet Theater, NYC.
