Terrific Toddlers Winter Program, Jan. 24 – Mar. 1

Calhoun will be offering a six-week winter program for toddlers aged approximately 18-36 months.

Under the guidance of teachers Maureen Aryee and Lori Joachim, two veteran early childhood educators who work at Calhoun, this Montessori-based “Adult and Me” program will give children an opportunity to experience a classroom setting where they can build independence and socialize with other children their age. The hour-and-a-half program includes playtime, a group snack with book reading and singing, and ends with some movement exercises.

The classes will take place on Friday afternoons (3:15-4:45pm) and Saturday mornings (9:30-11am), from January 24 through March 1, at Calhoun's 85th Street building (325 W. 85th Street). Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Classes are open to all families, so please share with anyone you know who has a terrific toddler.

If you are interested, please sign up here. The cost of each class is $75, and you can take as many or as few classes as your schedule allows. If you sign up for five classes, the sixth is free! Space is limited.
