US Students Participate in Model UN Competition
Fourteen Upper Schoolers traveled to Cornell University to serve as delegates at the 2024 Model UN conference. In general assemblies and special committees, they debated pressing global issues including the future of artificial intelligence, climate change, the refugee crisis and more. Calhoun's delegates represented the school well, and Zach B.-W. '25 was awarded a verbal commendation for his committee work. Students enjoyed the opportunity to practice diplomacy and develop their leadership skills!
