Spring Session: A Reflection of Calhoun Students’ Curiosity & Initiative

Between Mods 3 and 4, Upper School students participated in an exciting Spring Session, bringing 22 unique courses to life with students leading or supporting 16 of them. Spring Session is a true reflection of Calhoun students’ curiosity and initiative!

From “Art of Magazine” and “Art of Self Care” to “Philosophy of Drawing” and “Music Production 101,” students explored both creativity and reflection. Spring Session courses like “Impact of Historical Events on East Asian Food” and “Exploring the Flavors and Rhythms of Caribbean and Latin American Countries” connected culture, history, and cuisine, while "Field to Museum: Cretaceous Explorations" took students outside the classroom to explore the prehistoric world.

A huge thank you to our students for their initiative and to our faculty for supporting and guiding these unique Calhoun experiences!
